The Third Cycle of Mentoring Programme Begins
The third cycle of the Mentoring Programme by Hemofarm Foundation ‘You Can Do It’ has started by introducing mentors to their mentees and an interview with Ronald Seeliger, CEO of Hemofarm Group, who talked about his personal and professional development.

In the interview led by the Director of Hemofarm Foundation, Suzana Đorđević, Ronald Seeliger quoted Richard Branson, one of the greatest philanthropists of today and founder of Virgin Group and said ‘If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it, say yes – then learn how to do it later’ and added ‘anyway, it’s all up to you’.

Mentoring Programme of Hemofarm Foundation will continue this year through the independent work of mentoring couples, open lectures, trainings, speed-dating sessions and workshops, with the aim of improving the general and professional knowledge and skills necessary for further personal and professional development of young people. The mentors on the programme are experts from Hemofarm, many of whom were also scholars of the Foundation and through that programme got their chance to work in the company.

Lecturers at the Mentoring Programme are, apart from the experts of Hemofarm, domestic and foreign lecturers, experts from different areas who will share their knowledge with the participants in the field of corporate socially responsibility, communication and public appearance, preparations for the labour market, modern medical practice.

As of 2019, Hemofarm Foundation has introduced a novelty into the Education Programme so that besides the Scholarship Programme, the Mentoring Programme, the Internship Programme of summer practice will be launched, which will take place in Serbia and Germany. For the end of the year, the first alumni gathering of Hemofarm Foundation is planned.
