A New Cycle Of Mentorship Programme ‘You Can Do It’ Starts

A 'Speed Dating' session for the next generation of 2019/2020 Foundation scholarship holders has opened the fourth cycle of the Hemofarm Foundation's Mentorship Programme, 'You Can Do It'. The speed dating session, attended by mentors, experts from Hemofarm AD and their mentees, scholarship holders of Hemofarm Foundation, was organized so that they could get to know each other better and set the goals they will work on this year. During their individual work with the mentors, the mentees will have the opportunity to become familiar with the areas and processes of work at Hemofarm AD, a leading pharmaceutical company in Serbia and the region.

Working with a mentor, as well as open lectures, workshops and trainings organized within the Foundation's Mentorship Programme, are an opportunity for these young people to improve their expert knowledge and business skills, to get acquainted with the company's corporate culture, which will significantly contribute to their further personal and professional development and employment in our company or in the institutions of the Serbian healthcare system.

Since the Mentorship Programme ‘You Can Do It’ was introduced as a part of the Programme for Education, as an additional form of support to young people for their personal and professional development, a total of 6 Hemofarm Foundation scholarship holders have been employed in the positions of expert associates, in Hemofarm AD Quality Control and Quality Assurance Division.

We are proud of all our past mentors who, with their knowledge and expertise, have contributed to the programme to be recognized by the general public already in the first year of its existence and to receive the Responsible Business Forum Award. Special thanks to this year's mentors that the mentees and we at the Foundation will have the opportunity to work with.
