This year has been unpredictable in every sense. Nevertheless, what I could have predicted in the previous year was that significant professional and personal progress would not be lacking, as an outcome of taking part in Hemofarm Foundation projects.

The experience gained is a great guidance for starting a career. The program is focused on acquiring skills and knowledge that formal education cannot offer. Under current circumstances, it has been valuable to hear relevant information. I think that the concept of the program is unique as it enables the scholarship holders to have a direct contact with lecturers. By encouraging dialogue and cooperation, partnership relation is developed, and the feeling of a team spirit in the team comprising such professionals is an incentive for further progress.

I am certain that such projects represent an investment in the healthcare system in the long run. I am additionally motivated to stay in my country for more reasons.

To begin with, I have realized that there is a company in my country that not only keeps pace with, but also sets standards in my area of interest. In addition, I am above all delighted with the level of enthusiasm of the lecturers who marked the first part of the program. They talk about every day as a new challenge and they enjoy it. They have assured me that a working day does not have to be routine and monotonous.

Likewise, the Internship Program Germany 2020 has given us a guidance on how to get informed and efficiently implement innovations. Apart from getting acquainted with the education and healthcare system, the very idea how the fight against COVID-19 should look like, was important to me. Certainly, the main message is that we are the pillars of changes and that continuous activity is necessary, but also that true leaders are only those who inspire others to be leaders by their attitude.

I would like to express my gratitude once again for the opportunity to meet great role models, fellow colleagues, as well as to learn more about myself and my affinities. In site of the relevant circumstances, the organization and content of the program were inspiring and beneficial.
