We Train Bodies, We Build Minds: An Intimate Story of a Sporting Passion
The small town where I grew up didn’t offer many choices when it came to sports. With the encouragement of older friends, I decided to play basketball.
Practice after practice, basketball became my passion. Through twelve years of active training, not only did I become physically stronger, but I also matured as a person – sport opened doors to many new acquaintances, taught me what it means to be part of a team, and helped me develop an optimistic outlook on life.

Basketball, as a team sport, taught me the importance of cooperation, communication, and self-confidence. It taught me discipline, responsibility, perseverance, and created a desire to push boundaries. Without me realizing it, it became my lifestyle. The basketball court became the place where I learned to win – not only against opponents but also against my own weaknesses.

In a world full of challenges, sport – especially basketball – provides invaluable support for not only physical but also mental health. Motivation doesn’t come overnight – it’s built through every early morning training session, every repeated exercise, and every moment we decide not to give up.
Although my journey led me to crossfit, basketball remains my first love – it is still a source of freedom, fulfillment, and inner balance.

So, whether you are a professional or a recreational athlete, pick up the ball, put on your sneakers, and get on the court. Your mental health and your self-confidence are cheering for you.
