All of them have the opportunity to apply for participation in the one-year Program for Education ‘You Can Do It’ of Hemofarm Foundation, which includes a monthly scholarship, mentoring support and professional internship in Serbia and Germany. Also, with the support of Hemofarm and Stada experts, scholarship holders have a chance to improve their knowledge and skills, formal and informal, which are necessary for further personal and professional development. Throughout the year, the participants of the program also gain work experience in various sectors and an additional motive to apply the acquired knowledge in Serbia.
‘In a world where good jobs can be located anywhere, where there is the possibility of searching online and where you compete not only with the best individuals from your country, but beyond - the region and the world, the most important skill you can offer is knowledge. Education is the only right path to opportunities and success, and a diploma is a ticket to a better tomorrow. We have been investing in young people and their education for 28 years, developing in them a desire for lifelong learning, leadership and preparing them to change the world for the better. To date, we have supported more than 3,500 individuals, many of whom are our colleagues. We believe that this program is the right opportunity for students to get acquainted with the way of working in a company that is a leader in the pharmaceutical market and to take care of people's health and well-being together with us’, says Suzana Đorđević, director of Hemofarm Foundation at the beginning of a new cycle of providing support to the best students.
The program is supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ), the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia and the medical, pharmaceutical, technological-metallurgical, chemical and physical chemistry faculties of the University of Belgrade, Novi Sad, Kragujevac and Niš. Parts of the program are being implemented in partnership with the German Corporation for International Cooperation GIZ and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
