Gold EFFIE Award for “The Most Important Call in Life”

The Hemofarm Foundation’s campaign “The Most Important Call in Life” has won the Gold EFFIE Serbia Award 2025 in the Non-Profit category, reaffirming the powerful connection between creativity, social responsibility, and measurable communication effectiveness.

This widely acclaimed campaign is one of the most recognizable initiatives launched by the Hemofarm Foundation and its founding partner, Hemofarm Group, in 2016. Its goal has been to increase the number of organ donors and transplants in Serbia, support the adoption of legislation governing this area, and facilitate Serbia’s membership in the Eurotransplant organization.

The campaign’s impact and relevance have been recognized beyond Serbia’s borders as well – “The Most Important Call in Life” recently received a Gold Award in the “Health and Pharmaceuticals” category at the regional creativity festival BalCannes in Rovinj.

Currently, around 1,800 people are on the organ transplant waiting list in Serbia. Since the beginning of 2025, thanks to nine donors, 40 organ transplants have been performed.
