Hemofarm Foundation has supported production of the film ‘Stitches’, by the director Miroslav Terzić. ‘Stitches’ is a story about the persistence and courage of a woman, mother struggling to reveal the truth about the destiny of her son who she believes to be stolen from her at the maternity ward twenty years ago. The main character Ana has been searching for truth for years, but the police, hospital administration and even her own family have been forcing her to stop. However, nothing can stop her desire to join together the stitches ripped out long time ago. The film is inspired by a true story.

The film, with the world premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival where it won two prizes – within the programme ‘Panorama’ – Europa Cinemas Label prize for the best European film and the audience award, was premiered in Serbia at this year’s FEST. The cast involves Snežana Bogdanović, Marko Baćović, Vesna Trivalić, Dragana Varagić, Jelena Stupljanin, Ksenija Marinković, Jovana Stojiljković, Pavle Čemerikić, Radoslav Rale Milenković. Film producers are Uliks Fehmiu and Milena Trobozić Farfild - West End Production.
