New generation of Hemofarm foundation scholarship holders
Hemofarm Foundation presents the new generation of scholarship holders 2020/2021., the best 10 final year students and students of master studies coming from the pharmaceutical, medical and chemical faculties in Serbia.

The ten best scholarship holders will have the opportunity to work on improving skills and knowledge in the next year with the support of mentors and experts from Hemofarm Foundation and Hemofarm company, to live the mission of caring for people’s health, adopt values of integrity, agility, entrepreneurship and become part of the STADA team.

Apart from the scholarship program, one-year educational program ’You Can Do It’, also includes mentorship program and internship in Serbia and Germany and Alumni group which until today includes 3480 people who, for the past 27 years, have been a part of the scientific-educational community supported by Hemofarm Foundation. Many of them work today in Hemofarm company and are the leading experts in their fields.

’The crisis we are experiencing in 2020 has in many ways sharpened the focus on things that are really important. For us at Hemofarm Foundation, it is really important to take care of people's health, to be responsible, to be solidary, to support others, but also to take care of the education of future health workers who are the first line of defence of our health. That’s why we have been focussed on young people for already 27 years without any change. They are the future that will create new models of behaviour, introduce innovations in work, that will ask questions. We are here to help them upgrade their skills and knowledge, to motivate them for the life-long learning and create leaders of them that will change the world for the better. To be a leader means to know how to build a team of dedicated and talented people that can work together for the common cause’, said the director of Hemofarm Foundation, Suzana Đorđević, welcoming the new generation of 2020/2021 scholarship holders.

Educational program ’You Can Do It’ is supported by the Serbian and German Government – Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of Serbia, The Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), German Corporation for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Konrad Adenauer Foundation and leading faculties in Serbia – medical, pharmaceutical, technological and metallurgical, chemical and physical-chemical. The Program offers also the possibility of study specialization in the field of science and technology at the Research Station Petnica and it received the award of the Responsible Business Forum 2017.
