‘Unbreakable’ Campaign Wins Kaktus Awards

The campaign ‘Unbreakable’, created by the joint activity of Hemofarm Foundation and New Moment New Ideas agency, received a prestigious Kaktus recognition at the eponymous integrated communications festival. The campaign has been recognized as an originally developed concept of socially responsible character, so the award for socially responsible integrated campaign and the award for cross media integrated campaign have come as a crown for the results of this unique campaign of national importance.

Together with New Moment New Ideas agency, Hemofarm Foundation has launched the campaign ‘Unbreakable’ aimed at raising the awareness of the public about the importance of preserving mental health and creating a social movement to fight depression and the stigma that follows the affected persons by providing adequate support through free-of-charge and anonymous SOS line 0800 001 002. The medical experts from four Special hospitals for psychiatric diseases in Vršac, Kovin, Novi Kneževac and Gornja Toponica are engaged in providing support through SOS line. The help and support are also provided via e-mail podrska@nesalomivi.rs and website www.nesalomivi.rs .

‘For 28 years already, we have been raising the topics that are not always pleasant for society, but are nevertheless important for the benefit of us all, ranging from raising public awareness about the importance of organ donation and transplantation to drawing public attention to the importance of preserving mental health. Both topics are ‘taboo’ in our society, a matter of our consciousness and conscience, an indicator that we take care of our health and the health of others’, Suzana Đorđević, Director of Hemofarm Foundation, said adding: ‘The campaign Unbreakable has been launched in the best spirit of our mission Caring for people's health, aimed at helping and supporting people who are struggling with depression, as well as sending out the message that they are not alone. The recognition we received is an incentive for our work, which has always been in the best interest of society.’

Veljko Golubović, Executive Creative Director of New Moment New Ideas agency, pointed out: ‘The campaign ‘Unbreakable’ is just the beginning of a large, complex several-year long operation striving for systematization of the care for mental health of each citizen of this country. It best shows that it is possible to find the minimum common interest and unite different people and organizations to jointly look for solutions and actively engage in the movement to the benefit of us all’.
