A total of 298 kg of aid, or more than 20 boxes with personal hygiene means and household cleaning agents or 419 pieces of various packs have been collected in the People to People action for the ‘Shelter for Street Children’ in Belgrade.

The employees from Vršac, Šabac and Belgrade have joined the two-week action, in response to the call for help of the ‘Shelter for Street Children’, where the stocks of hygiene products were at a minimum.

On the occasion of the handover of the aid, the employees of the ‘Shelter for Street Children’ expressed sincere gratitude to our company which was the first to respond their call for help and collected the necessary hygiene means in a record time. According to them, their stocks were almost empty, and the donation that we have jointly provided will help more than 390 children from 5 to 15 years of age dropping-in in this institution.

‘Our colleagues are always there when it is necessary to help or support each other. We are recognized in the community as people who most regularly respond to the appeals for help and support from blood donation, donation of food, clothes to collecting the aid for the victims of earthquakes, floods. It best depicts our people and the values that we share (humanity and solidarity) and sends the message to the public that it can always count on us’, said Ivana Minović, Action Coordinator and Project Manager of Hemofarm Foundation.
