The latest Mentorship Program in 2023 centered around key themes: fostering a growth mindset, mastering marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry, and honing public speaking skills.

Distinguished experts, including Tatjana Jovanović, VP Global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding at the STADA group, Dušan Šašić, product manager, and Nemanja Brković, public relations manager at the Hemofarm group, graciously shared their profound knowledge, skills, and experiences with our scholarship recipients— the future catalysts for positive change.

The key takeaway from the immersive full-day program, emphasized that success stems from a genuine passion and belief in one's work. Remaining committed to continuous learning, embracing challenges, and refusing to yield in the face of obstacles are crucial for both personal and career advancement.

In the preceding year, our scholarship recipients were privileged to attend over 30 lectures delivered by both internal and external experts. These sessions covered a spectrum of professional subjects, ranging from pharmacy and technology to effective communication, successful employer presentation, and practical tips for stress management, as well as maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
