In today's rapidly evolving tech landscape, young talents encounter unique hurdles shaped by the contemporary job market. Proficiency in public speaking, adept and ethical utilization of artificial intelligence, and the knack for impressing prospective employers have emerged as pivotal elements in personal and professional growth. The program catered to scholarship holders of the Hemofarm Foundation, comprising the brightest minds in medicine, pharmacy, technology, and biology — future young leaders in healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Art of Public Speaking

The art of public speaking empowers us to articulate our ideas, viewpoints, and projects in a lucid, persuasive, and inspirational manner when addressing others. This skill holds immense importance in the corporate realm, whether it involves presenting a project, leading a meeting, or negotiating. Mastering public speaking not only fosters trust and garner support from others but also enhances our efficacy as leaders and team members.

Miloš Milovanović, Producer and Presenter on N1 TV, talked about all these aspects of public speaking during an interactive lecture and workshop tailored for Hemofarm Foundation scholarship holders. Through sharing his professional journey, he demonstrated various techniques for refining public speaking abilities while emphasizing the perpetual development of communication skills. "Our words not only represent ourselves but also the organizations we represent," noted Milovanović, highlighting the role of public speaking in exemplifying values. He further stressed its significance beyond professional contexts, asserting its role in articulating thoughts, fostering trust, and nurturing meaningful relationships in everyday life.

A key takeaway from the lecture was the importance of continuous learning and refinement of public speaking skills throughout our lives. By doing so, we not only become more confident and compelling speakers but also inspire, motivate, and catalyze positive change in those around us.
