‘Everything is easy when you are young’ - the lyrics of one of the most famous Yugoslav bands talking about the carefree youth of the 80s of the last century. Faced with high expectations from parents and the community, young people nowadays are exposed to pressure to reach high standards, from appearance to education, employment, and partner selection, which is why many ‘snap’ and lose themselves while trying to please the environment. How to protect yourself, overcome the fears that go with maturation and find your place under the sun, will be discussed at the panel discussion ‘A Cup of Coffee with a Psychologist’ dedicated to the topic ‘Youth under pressure - Crisis of the mid-twenties’.
