The internship program of Hemofarm Foundation ‘You Can Do It’ for scholarship holders coming from medical, pharmaceutical, technological and biological faculties has ended. The three-week Internship Program took place at the headquarters of the Hemofarm company in Vršac in June, and it enabled the scholarship holders to gain practical knowledge and work experience in different divisions of the company.

Do Your Best, Even When No One is Watching
The last week of the Internship Program ’You Can Do It’ was marked by a lecture by Dejan Ivanović, Director of Technical Operations for Southeast Europe. Dejan was a scholarship holder of Hemofarm Foundation, and today he is one of the leading people in the Hemofarm company. He talked with the scholarship holders about his career path, the opportunities he created and the obstacles he encountered and how he overcame them.
"The opportunity for growth is as big as your ambitions. It's crucial that we each do our best, even when no one is watching. This is the key to success in large systems, where every link depends on the others. Additionally, it's vital to respect the rules, especially in pharmaceutical production, where people's health and product quality are paramount," Dejan told the scholarship holders.
