The
Hemofarm Foundation’s Mentorship Program, which recently commenced, continues the
32-year-long tradition of investing in young talents, future professionals, and leaders in the pharmaceutical industry.
The program kicked off with a
“speed-dating” session, which, in an engaging and interactive way, connected mentors and mentees, once again proving that
age and experience are no barriers to a curious and youthful spirit and shared interests. The participants talked about everything – music, books, and even their favorite food.
At the start of the program,
H.art Development Center, a program partner, provided all participants with
Mentorship Handbooks, which will serve as the foundation for their future work. The handbook includes a
mentorship journal, enabling regular tracking of the mentoring process.
Students from
medical, pharmaceutical, biological, technological, and technical faculties will spend 2025 working with expert mentors from our company, who will help them acquire knowledge and skills, including: understanding processes and work technologies, using state-of-the-art equipment and developing a problem-solution mindset. Our mentors will
encourage creative and critical thinking while fostering teamwork. Additionally, the program will focus on essential skills such as
time management, task organization, communication, and presentation skills. Another key segment of the program includes
CV writing and job interview preparation, equipping students with the necessary tools for career success.
Support That Makes a Difference: part of the atmosphere from a speed-dating session
Speaking about the importance of such programs,
Tamara Milin, Senior Stability Development Specialist at Hemofarm and a mentor in the program, said:
"These programs are a chance for growth and an opportunity to learn from people who have already walked this path. I’m looking forward to everything that lies ahead in collaboration with my mentee. I am here to help with knowledge, experience, and advice, and I believe I can also learn a lot from this experience."
Mentorship is a Two-Way Street: Ksenija Đorđević, mentor and Aleksandar Milenković, scholarship holder
"I heard about this program from a colleague at my faculty and applied immediately. I’m thrilled to have been selected as a Hemofarm Foundation scholarship recipient. Today, I met my mentor and realized we have so much in common, which truly excites me. I believe in myself and that I will make the most of my time here, seeing this as a springboard for working at Hemofarm," said
Aleksandar Milenković, a sixth-year medical student at the University of Belgrade and a scholarship recipient of the 32nd generation.
The 32nd Generation of Hemofarm Foundation Scholars and Mentors
Many
graduates of the Hemofarm Foundation’s Education Program are now achieving remarkable success in their fields, emphasizing that
mentorship and practical training were crucial steps in their professional development. Over the past
32 years, the Hemofarm Foundation has supported nearly 3,850 young individuals, many of whom are now colleagues, collaborators, and leading experts in their professions.
The program
continues its positive tradition, offering students not only professional expertise but also the encouragement for
continuous personal and professional growth.
