It is with great sorrow that we received the news of the passing of Zoran Sekulić, President of the Board of Hemofarm Foundation since 2016 and founder of the news agency FoNet, the Hemofarm Group announced.

“Zoran was not only the President of the Board of our Hemofarm Foundation. He was our compass in every important moment, a voice of reason and courage, and a person whose integrity, knowledge, and humanity left an indelible mark on all of us who had the privilege to know and work with him. His leadership was quiet but resolute, always grounded in understanding and compassion,” said Ronald Zeliger, General Manager of Hemofarm Group.

As the founder and director of FoNet, the first private independent news agency in Serbia, Zoran dedicated his entire life to the fight for democracy, truth, media freedom, and the public good. His passing is an irreplaceable loss for all who knew him and had the honor to work with him, as well as for the community where Zoran lived and worked.
