After a Year’s Pause, A Cup of Coffee with a Psychologist Returns
04. Feb 2026.
After a one-year break, the Hemofarm Foundation is continuing its project “A Cup of Coffee with a Psychologist” on Thursday, February 12, from 6 to 7 PM at Dorćol Platz (59 Dobračina Street). The new panel will be held ahead of Valentine’s Day under the theme “Love in the Age of Individualism: Never More Connected, Never More Lonely.”

The discussion will focus on how modern life shapes our relationships. Although opportunities for connection are abundant, more people speak about loneliness and the difficulty of building close and stable relationships. The conversation will also explore how the culture of choice affects partnerships, why young people feel increasingly insecure in relationships, how to distinguish being in love from attraction and emotional closeness, what differentiates fatal, toxic, and healthy love, and whether love can be developed as a skill.

Participants will include Ana Ivanov, psychologist, and PhD candidate at the Department of Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade; Andrej Nosov, theatre director and founder and director of the Hartefakt Fund; and Pero di Reda – DJ Peppe, who will speak about intimacy, contemporary relationship culture, and changes in the ways we connect. The discussion will be moderated by Dragan Ilić, psychologist and journalist.

Please confirm your attendance via email at nakafisapsihologom@hemofarm.com by Tuesday, February 12, 2026, by 3 PM.

The “A Cup of Coffee with a Psychologist” project has been implemented since 2019 with the goal of encouraging the public to care for mental health in the same way as physical health, and to view mental health challenges not as a personal weakness but as a health condition with solutions when professional help is sought in time. To date, the project has gathered nearly 90 experts (psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists) and public figures, while panel videos on YouTube have reached nearly one million views. The project is implemented in partnership with the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade and with the support of the Dorćol Platz Art Commune.
